Serbia ( Užice) – Border crossing( Brodarevo) – Bijelo Polje – Mojkovac – Podgorica – tunnel Sozina (2.5 Euros for cars) – Budva – Kotor (around the Bay or cross with ferry in Lepetane 4.5 Euros) – Kamenari – Bijela – Baošići – ĐENOVIĆI
Road  following the canyon is in very good condtion, there are places or stops on the way  to take rest, the north part of Montenegro is famous  by their meat products “cevapcici” especially in Bijelo Polje. Dont be suprise if the restaurants are not fancy looking but do expect that you will be blown away by the taste of the meat.

The only thing that you need to pay is a ferry boat from Lepetane to Kamenari. 4.5 Euros and tunnel Sozina 2,5Euros, since March the road from Cetinje to Budva was damaged by landslide in March. You can avoid the tunnel Sozina by following the old road to Petrovac.
